Learn how to delete your LinguaFlow AI account and the personal data associated with it.

LinguaFlow AI provides clear options for deleting your account and requesting deletion of associated personal information.

🗑️ Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your LinguaFlow AI account directly from the application.

1. Open LinguaFlow AI.

2. Open Profile.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Carefully review the account-deletion information.

6. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

📋 What Gets Deleted?

When your account deletion is completed, LinguaFlow AI will delete or anonymize personal information and account data associated with your account, as applicable.

This may include:

• Account information

• Name and email address

• User ID and profile information

• Learning progress

• XP and streak information

• Active learning and app-interaction information

• Completed lessons

• Quiz and exercise scores

• Speaking-practice statistics

• Other user-specific learning data

Generic offline educational content that belongs to the application rather than an individual user is not deleted when an account is deleted.

📧 Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app or cannot use the in-app deletion option, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by email.

The email opens with the subject Account Deletion Request and a short request template already prepared.

For faster processing, please send the request from the email address associated with your LinguaFlow AI account.

Please provide enough information for us to identify your account.

⏱️ Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

This period allows us to verify the request and complete deletion across the systems used to provide LinguaFlow AI.

🔐 Data-Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.

Examples may include information necessary to:

• Meet legal obligations

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Maintain security

• Resolve disputes

• Enforce applicable agreements or terms

Any retained information will be handled according to applicable legal and privacy requirements.
